Authors are invited to submit high-quality, original manuscripts relevant to the journal’s Aims & Scope.
1. Manuscript Types Accepted
- Research Articles (up to 6,000-8000 words)
- Review Papers (up to 8,000-10000 words)
2. Formatting
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 10pt, 1.5 spacing
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Paper size: A4
- Headings: Numbered (1, 1.1, 1.2, etc.)
- Figures/Tables: Numbered, captioned, and placed close to first citation in the text
3. Structure
- Title Page
Includes the title of the paper, full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author’s email. The title should be concise, specific, and reflect the main focus of the study.
- Abstract (150–200 words)
A concise summary of the study, highlighting the research problem, methods, main findings, and conclusions. It should be self-contained and understandable without reading the full paper.
- Keywords (4–6)
Important words or phrases that capture the main topics of the paper, separated by commas. These help index and improve discoverability in search engines and databases.
4. Submission Process
- Submission are accepted throughout the year with an average review time of 3 months. All submissions in Microsoft Word format should be sent electronically via email to:m.editor@jaaiic.com
- Each submission must include a cover letter confirming originality and absence of conflicts of interest.
5. Ethical Compliance
- Research involving human/animal subjects must include ethical approval details.
- Authors must disclose funding sources and potential conflicts of interest.
6. Review Timeline
- Initial editorial screening: within 7 days
- Peer review: 3–4 weeks
- Final decision: within 1 week after review feedback
- Introduction
Presents the background, problem statement, research gap, objectives, and significance of the study. It sets the context and explains why the research is important.
- Literature Review / Related Work
Summarizes and critically analyzes previous studies relevant to the topic, highlighting trends, gaps, and how the current study builds upon or differs from existing work.
- Methodology
Describes the research design, materials, data sources, experimental setup, algorithms, tools, and procedures used, enabling others to replicate the study.
- Results and Discussion
Presents the findings of the study using text, tables, and figures, followed by an interpretation of the results, comparison with previous work, and implications for theory and practice.
- Conclusion and Future Work
Summarizes the main findings, contributions, and limitations, and suggests directions for further research or potential improvements.
- References
A complete list of all works cited in the manuscript, formatted consistently in APA 7th, including journal articles, books, conference papers, and online sources.
